Ariel Tower is a luxury apartment high-rise located in Little Italy. Creative Builds recently acted as construction managers on the addition of a roof enclosure and patio. The greatest challenge on this project was the development of plans that would maintain the original façade of the building by making the new stall enclosure look like concrete. The project is complete and due to the meticulous planning phase of the project, the new addition appears to be part of the original construction.
