The highly anticipated Minou Creperie is open for business. We were thrilled to work with the legendary owners of Café Chloe on this project. From concept to completion, we worked on making our clients vision of bringing an authentic bistro/living room just off some rue in Brittany to San Diego. During construction, CB discovered electrical issues and worked with the landlord to bring the building up to code. Though this issue caused a bit of a setback, the restaurant is complete and meets all safety requirements!
