Prime contractor provided all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, technical supervision and other items and services necessary to install a concrete walkway, communication connections, electrical power, shade structure, and crushed aggregate pad to the Block 30 Dual Control Mobility Ground Control Station (DCMGCS). This construction is to support the installation of control equipment for UAV missions worldwide.
