In conjunction with a remodel of Prospect Street Plaza, Creative Builds helped The Hake Restaurant go from 3,456-square-feet to 5,400-square-feet. The enlarged space includes a new private room and bigger outdoor patio. The larger dining room also features panoramic views of La Jolla Cove. Creative Builds managed the permitting process in conjunction with a remodel of the plaza in which it’s located. This collaboration project required coordination of construction with GC that was building the landlord’s scope (remodel of retail center) and the extension/remodel of the restaurant bar with a bi-national design team.
