Lucky Liu’s aims to fill a gap in Downtown San Diego’s restaurant industry by offering classic Chinese food in a fun and family-friendly environment. Working as the owners’ representatives and General Contractors, Creative Builds, constructed the 3,000-square-foot restaurant space.
