Creative Builds provided cost, schedule and quality controls for the design and construction of Gaijin in downtown San Diego. Gaijin is a Korean food concept with great sake and ambiance. Creative Builds developed the delivery strategy through design development along with the Designer/Architect and provided bidding, estimating, budgeting and contract controls services to accomplish this project on time, cost and quality.
